根據公投法
全國性公投案
須有最近一次正副總統選舉人總數千分之五以上連署才能提案
並有百分之五以上人數連署公投案才算成立
依統計公投案必須先跨過66000人的提案門檻
接著要達666000人以上連署才成立

PS 找政黨會比較快
( 我將尊重串連網友的意見尋求協助提案政黨 捍衛生命不分黨派)
